ALEPH Ordination Program Smicha Week 5785/2025

WHAT IS SMICHA WEEK?

Smicha Week—also known as intensive study week—is an incredible in-person opportunity to spend an intensive, spiritually uplifting, and intellectually stimulating week of learning with your fellow students in all of the ALEPH Ordination Program tracks. During Smicha Week, you will study with spectacular faculty, meet informally with your teachers and Directors of Studies, and surround yourself with constant community and interaction, both in small classes and in informal groups throughout the week. For full participation in the week’s learning, you will earn 2 units of credit toward your studies. Outside of class, your spirit will soar with daily student-led davvenen! Opportunities will be available for you to sign up to lead or co-lead, and also to receive feedback on new approaches from ALEPH teachers.

WHEN IS SMICHA WEEK?

Smicha Week will be from Sunday, June 22 to Sunday, June 29, 2025.
